Institutional Research organizes and analyzes institutional and other data to support planning, assessment and decision-making at The University of West Florida. While reporting to the Associate Vice President of Planning, the responsibilities of Institutional Research are college-wide. Institutional Research has the major responsibility for compiling and filing reports required by the Florida Board of Governors, Princeton Review, US News, Delaware Studies, and other state and federal agencies.

Student Success Programs are designed to increase recruitment, retention, and graduation rates of participating University of West Florida students. Student Success Programs provide academic support services for students enrolled at the University of West Florida as well as pre-collegiate programs for middle and high school students. Services include academic advising, mentoring, tutoring, and book scholarships.
